Austral Meat is a wholesale meat processing facility based in Gepps Cross, South Australia. Our mission is to be a cut above in the delivery of quality product, food safety and customer service and satisfaction.

We supply a diverse range of industries across our wholesale, food service and retail departments. We supply customers Australia wide in beef & veal, lamb, pork, poultry, manufactured products, smallgoods, goat and game.

With a 30 year history in the meat industry, we understand what to look for when selecting the right cuts of meats for our clients. We maintain long term relationships with our suppliers and in turn are committed to long lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Hygiene and food safety are protocols that are forefront in the management of our business. Internal auditing is conducted frequently through our quality management system. Externally we have third party auditors that certify our quality and safety standards. We have an ongoing commitment to our environment and have a comprehensive environmental protection plan across all facets of the business.
