From our processing facility in Adelaide, we have the ability to supply directly to chefs and kitchen management staff throughout Australia. We have a wide range of beef & veal, lamb, pork, poultry, manufactured products, smallgoods, goat and game that can be cut in portion controlled sizes as per you specifications.

Our sales team work closely with our food service customers to determine the ideal cuts that best suit the customer’s individual needs. We have an in-house Research and Development team that has the ability to customise recipes to your specific requirements and work with you for product development.

Through our commitment to customer satisfaction we endeavour to maintain a consistent level of high quality products and service. This means peace of mind that your guests and customers will be satisfied with every dining experience.

We currently supply some of South Australia’s top restaurants, hotels, steak houses and convention centres. We also supply mining camps, commercial caterers, community clubs and organisations in healthcare.

At Austral we can package your deliveries in a number of ways depending on what will store best in the configuration of your cool room. We deliver products to you chilled or frozen, (depending on your preference) in our modern fleet of custom built, accredited refrigerated vehicles.
