Our livestock division buy livestock sourced from many areas around South Australia, including but not limited to regions such as Flinders Ranges, Fleurieu Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula and the West coast of South Australia. This enables us to ensure a consistent quality all year round.

We also purchase certain cuts of lamb which are sourced from regions throughout Australia such as southern New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia – regions renowned for producing the best lamb.  

All cuts of lamb can be delivered to your business in our refrigerated fleet of vehicles, whether in the form of a whole carcass, whole primal or portion controlled cuts.
